What Does SUDOKU Mean?

SUDOKU is a number puzzle game.

SUDOKU is a logic-based, number-placement puzzle game. The SUDOKU player is presented with a partially completed 9 x 9 grid and the aim is to fill the grid with digits so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3 x 3 sub-grids contain all of the digits from 1 to 9. For example:
