ROWE

A Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) is like the holy grail of flexible work setups. No clocking in, micromanaging bosses, or pretending to look busy while you check Insta. In a ROWE, you're evaluated purely on your output, not hours logged or Zoom appearances. Want to work through the night in your PJs from a cabin in the woods? Cool, as long as you deliver results. It's productivity without presenteeism.

ROWE can be considered an acronym, because it is formed by taking the initial letters of the words "Results-Only Work Environment" and pronouncing them together as a single word, "row." Don't confuse acronyms with initialisms. In their case, you also take the first letters from a phrase, but you spell them out. Like FBI: you say "F-B-I," not "fibby." (Which, admittedly, would be hilarious 😊).
